Important Fees may be due at the time of registration. See the Fees Information Page for due dates and drop information. Students must attend/participate on the first day of class or may be dropped from the class by the instructor. It is the student's responsibility to drop class(es) by the appropriate deadline. Students who remain enrolled after the last date to drop with a refund are not eligible for a refund and remain financially responsible for payment of fees even if they drop the class or are dropped by their instructor.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT ADDING CLASSES:
FALL/SPRING SEMESTERS:
Open classes can be added through the end of the 1st week of the semester. During the 2nd week of the semester, even though the seat count indicates that there are seats available in a class, students may only add full-term classes with an Add Authorization Number that they will receive from the instructor. Only the instructor can provide Add Authorization Numbers, and all numbers must be used by the last date to add a class.
SUMMER SESSIONS and SHORT-TERM CLASSES:
During Summer sessions and for short-term classes, Add Authorization Numbers are required as of the first class meeting even if it appears that there are open seats in the class. Only the instructor can provide Add Authorization Numbers, and all numbers must be used by the last date to add class.
HYBRID/PARTIALLY-ONLINE CLASSES:
Courses that require classroom attendance with an online component.
HYFLEX CLASSES:
Certain hybrid/partially-online classes are designed to provide students with more flexibility in their mode of attendance. These HyFlex classes involve class sessions in which some students attend class meetings in-person with the instructor on campus, and some students attend remotely and synchronously via a live Zoom meeting.
